SkipMatrix uses simple, pay-as-you-go pricing with no commitments, contracts, or hidden fees. Your per-match rate is based on the number of records in your list, and the more records you submit, the lower your per-match rate.

Please note that SkipMatrix exclusively accepts major credit and debit cards to avoid delays when processing payments. We currently do not accept ACH payments. There's a small card processing fee associated with each transaction, which ensures efficient processing times for your orders.

Here is a breakdown of our pricing tiers:

Have larger volume and need lower pricing? We offer custom enterprise pricing for high-volume customers. Unlike our standard pay-as-you-go rates, enterprise pricing is based on a monthly minimum commitment. Contact our team at [email protected] to discuss enterprise pricing and request a custom quote.

When you place an order, you will initially be invoiced based on the total number of records in your order. However, we believe in charging only for successful matches. So, if a record does not get a match in our system, you will be refunded for that specific record. This ensures you only pay for the data that brings value to you.

Your initial invoice is calculated conservatively, based on the records you submit. We intentionally bill the upfront amount so that your final cost can only ever stay the same or go down — never up.

Once your order is processed, we re-calculate based on the records we actually matched and automatically refund any difference. This means you never have to worry about a surprise charge after the fact: any adjustment always works in your favor.

For example: Say you submit 11,000 records. Because we don't yet know how many will match, we invoice you conservatively at the highest applicable rate of $0.14 per match — that's $1,540 upfront. Once your order is processed, 10,400 records actually returned a match. Since that exceeds 10,000 matches, your order qualifies for the next volume tier at $0.12 per match, so the entire order is re-priced at the lower rate. Your final cost is 10,400 × $0.12 = $1,248, and we automatically refund you the $292 difference. So even though you were invoiced at the higher $0.14 rate upfront, hitting enough matches dropped you into a cheaper tier — your bill only ever goes down, never up.

At SkipMatrix, we believe in transparent pricing. You're only charged for successful matches, which means you won't pay for searches that don't yield results. This approach ensures that you get maximum value for every dollar spent.
