What is the policy for refunds?

Refunds for Unmatched Records

You are only billed for successful matches. If our system cannot find results for certain records, those records are considered "missed hits." For these missed hits, a refund is automatically processed. You can easily identify the records that were refunded in the "Missed Hits" file provided with your results.

Quality Concerns

If you believe there's an issue with the accuracy or quality of the data provided, please reach out to us immediately. While we strive for the highest accuracy possible, we acknowledge that no system is perfect. We will review your concerns and work with you to address them.

Order Errors

If there was an error made on our part, such as processing the wrong list or other mistakes, please contact us as soon as possible. We prioritize rectifying such issues and will work diligently to find a solution, which may include processing your order again or providing a refund.

No Refunds for Correctly Processed Orders

If your order was processed correctly and the data provided matches the criteria of your submitted list, we cannot offer refunds. This is why it's crucial to ensure that the list you provide is accurate and formatted correctly.

It's essential to note that the best way to achieve optimal results from skip tracing is to submit high-quality lists from dependable sources. Properly formatted and accurate lists result in higher match rates and more valuable data.
