Yes. SkipMatrix affiliates can promote the program, but promotions need to be honest, private where referral codes are shared, and clearly disclosed. These rules protect genuine referrals, our affiliates, and the SkipMatrix brand.
Share Your Referral Code Privately
Your referral code should be shared through private, non-indexed channels where you have a real relationship with the audience. Good places to share it include private email newsletters, paid courses or member portals, private Slack, Discord, Facebook Group, or community posts, direct messages, 1:1 conversations, webinars, calls, and in-person events.
Do not post your referral code anywhere public or searchable. That includes public websites, blog posts, landing pages, public social media posts, YouTube descriptions, podcast show notes, public forum posts, or any page that could be indexed by Google or another search engine. If someone can find the code by searching for a SkipMatrix discount, that is not a genuine referral.
Use Clear Affiliate Disclosures
Any time you promote SkipMatrix, clearly disclose that you may earn a commission. This applies in both public and private channels. A disclosure should be easy to notice and close to the recommendation.
Examples:
"I may earn a commission if you use my referral code."
"This email contains my SkipMatrix referral code. I may earn a commission when you use it."
Be Honest and Accurate
All promotional content must be truthful and factually correct. Do not make unsupported claims about SkipMatrix pricing, match rates, turnaround times, results, or service capabilities. Use the messaging and materials provided in your affiliate portal, and ask us before using a claim you are not sure about.
No Spam, Deceptive Promotion, or Brand-Term Bidding
Do not use spam, deceptive marketing tactics, mass unsolicited outreach, or repeated posting in unrelated communities. This includes bulk cold messages, misleading discount claims, fake urgency, pretending to represent SkipMatrix directly, or any outreach that could damage the customer experience.
Affiliates also may not bid on SkipMatrix brand terms in paid search or run ads that make it look like SkipMatrix is running the promotion directly.
Promote in the Right Context
Share SkipMatrix where it makes sense for the audience. Our services are most relevant to real estate professionals, investors, property managers, marketing teams, sales professionals, lead generation agencies, and businesses that rely on accurate contact data. Promoting in unrelated spaces wastes your effort and does not reflect well on the brand.
Respect the Brand
As an affiliate, you represent SkipMatrix. Use the official promotional materials provided in your affiliate dashboard, and avoid altering logos, brand colors, or messaging in ways that misrepresent the company. If you are unsure whether something is appropriate, reach out to our affiliate team at [email protected] before publishing.
What Happens If Guidelines Are Violated
If we identify a minor issue, our team may reach out with a warning or ask you to correct the content. Repeated or serious violations can lead to suspension or removal from the affiliate program.
Immediate termination may apply for fraud, spam, FTC disclosure violations, brand misrepresentation, or other conduct that harms SkipMatrix, customers, or other affiliates.
